I am Karen Brockett, a professional hair care specialist who has been in the industry for 30 plus years. I have spent the last 20 years here at Salon Meyerland where each of my clients receive personalized care in a clean and relaxing suite. I offer services to clients young, old, and everything in between.

SCHEDULING: In order to accommodate clients, my scheduling hours are flexible from Thursday through Saturday. I do not overbook; therefore, clients will not have to wait for services and can enjoy their salon experience in a clean, comfortable, clutter-free space.  Please also ask about the benefits of Weekly Standings!

PRODUCTS: Because I care about the health of my clients' hair, I use all professional products and tools, such as Affirm, Clairol Professional Color, Mizani Butter Blend Relaxer System, Olaplex, Sebastian and K18. Also, I use all maintenance and finishing products that correlate with the specific service given.

SIGNATURE SERVICES: Hair expresses who we are, therefore I strive to give clients what they want by offering full/partial relaxers, blow dry style, flat iron, curl, roller sets, flexi rod set as well as silk press style on 2C thru 3A natural hair. Additionally, I offer designer haircuts, layering and trim, designer hair color, highlights, and low lights. To maintain healthy hair I offer rejuvenating hair treatments such as Olaplex / K18 for stressed hair. I am dedicated to helping you look and feel your best with healthy hair care and timeless styles. In my effort to provide my clientele with a safe/comfortable visit. I sanitize all person contact points, along with styling tools after each client.
