Hair Rehab 101

Thank you for your interest in Hair Rehab 101.  My name is Shamarrow Polk-Johnson and I have been a hair stylist since 2000, I am a native Houstonian and have been at Salon Meyerland since 2016.  I pefer to use Design Essentials on my customers with realaxed hair in addition to some of my natural clients that I feel it is a good fit.  I also use Moroccan Oil products on my natural hair clients because it is an excellent product for revitalizing and hydrating your hair.  Besides those two favorite products I will only use the best products available to maintain healthy relaxed or natural hair.  I also pride myself on my ability to give you beautiful natural looking hair extensions that are not too tight and alternatively netted to protect your hair from breakage.  Unlike many stylist, I like doing updos for special events such as Prom, Weddings or just a night out on the town.  I won an award at the Bobby Boss hair show in 2014 for my work.  My clients would describe me as easy going and a people person who meets no strangers.  I pride myself on being on time and prepared for your appointments in order to get you in and out in a timely manner.
